To make your own Magnesium Oil Spray and/or Oral Recipe, you will need:
Carefully fill the spray bottle with MAGNA- SPRAY complex.
**Do not heat the mixture. As per Hemant Trivendi:
Magnesium chloride readily dissolves in Alcohol giving a complex of Magnesium Alcohol. Some 60 additional compounds of the type MgCl2•nEtOH (6 < n < 1.4) are formed between magnesium chloride & ethanol. Glycerin which is already in the cheap vodka stabilizes the mixture and helps prevent evaporation.
The above recipe is adapted from the original recipe called mag a hol created by Hemant Trivendi. The original recipe can be found HERE.
MAGNA-ORAL / MAGNA CHLORIDE
Oral Magnesium prepared with vodka take by mouth = MAGNESIUM ORAL is the same recipe as above used internally
Dosing: This is individualized but many have found good results with:
1/2 teaspoon 2 x day increasing by 1⁄2 teaspoon every 3-5 days until you reaching your optimal dosing. Some use up to 2 tablespoons daily
* A possible Indicator of too much magnesium is diarrhea over 2 days.
Above are suggestions only, each person needs to figure out what works for their life & routine.
Magnesium does burn off daily so on higher stress days more will be needed.

Does it Matter if We Are a Little Bit Deficient?
Well, magnesium plays an important role in biochemical reactions all over your body. It is involved in a lot of cell transport activities, in addition to helping cells make energy aerobically or anaerobically. Your bones are a major reservoir for magnesium, and magnesium is the counter-ion for calcium and potassium in muscle cells, including the heart. If your magnesium is too low, you can experience muscle cramps, arrhythmia's, and even sudden death.
Ion regulation is everything with respect to how muscles contract and nerves send signals. In the brain, potassium and sodium balance each other. In the heart and other muscles, magnesium pulls some of the load. Magnesium is an old home remedy for all that ails you, including "anxiety, apathy, depression, headaches, insecurity, irritability, restlessness, talkativeness, and sulkiness." In 1968, Wacker and Parisi reported that magnesium deficiency could cause depression, behavioral disturbances, headaches, muscle cramps, seizures, ataxia, psychosis, and irritability - all reversible with magnesium repletion.
Stress is the bad guy here, in addition to our woeful magnesium deficient diets. As is the case with other minerals such as zinc, stress causes us to waste our magnesium like crazy.
Let's look at the mechanisms first. Magnesium hangs out in the synapse between two neurons along with calcium and glutamate. If you recall, calcium and glutamate are excitatory, and in excess, toxic. They activate the NMDA receptor. Magnesium can sit on the NMDA receptor without activating it, like a guard at the gate. Therefore, if we are deficient in magnesium, there's no guard. Calcium and glutamate can activate the receptor like there is no tomorrow. In the long term, this damages the neurons, eventually leading to cell death. In the brain, that is not an easy situation to reverse or remedy.
And then there is the stress-diathesis model of depression, which is the generally accepted theory that chronic stress leads to excess cortisol, which eventually damages the hippocampus of the brain, leading to impaired negative feedback and thus ongoing stress, depression & neurotoxicity badness. Murck tells us that magnesium seems to act on many levels in the hormonal axis and regulation of the stress response. Magnesium can suppress the ability of the hippocampus to stimulate the ultimate release of stress hormone, it can reduce the release of ACTH (the hormone that tells your adrenal glands to get in gear and pump out that cortisol and
adrenaline), and it can reduce the responsiveness of the adrenal glands to ACTH. In addition, magnesium can act at the blood brain barrier to prevent the entrance of stress hormones into the brain.
All these reasons are why I call magnesium "the original chill pill."
Case study #1 - A 59 y/o "hypomanic-depressive male", with a long history of treatable mild depression, developed anxiety, suicidal thoughts, and insomnia after a year of extreme personal stress and bad diet ("fast food"). Lithium and a number of antidepressants did nothing for him. 300mg magnesium was given with every meal. His sleep was immediately restored, and his anxiety and depression were greatly reduced, though he sometimes needed to
wake up in the middle of the night to take a magnesium pill to keep his "feeling of wellness."
A 500mg calcium pill would cause depression within one hour, extinguished by the ingestion of 400mg magnesium.
Case study #2 - A 23 year-old woman with a previous traumatic brain injury became depressed after extreme stress with work, a diet of fast food, "constant noise," and poor academic performance. After one week of magnesium treatment, she became free of depression, and her short term memory and IQ returned.
Case study #3 - A 35 year-old woman with a history of post-partum depression was pregnant with her fourth child. She took 200mg magnesium glycinate with each meal. She did not develop any complications of pregnancy and did not have depression with her fourth child, who was "healthy, full weight, and quiet."
Case study #4 - A 40 year-old "irritable, anxious, extremely talkative, moderately depressed" smoking, alchohol-drinking, cocaine using male took 125 mg magnesium at each meal and bedtime, and found his symptoms were gone within a week, and his cravings for tobacco, cocaine, and alcohol disappeared. His "ravenous appetite was supressed, and ... beneficial weight loss ensued."
How to supplement magnesium -
Magnesium is a difficult mineral to supplement orally, especially as we need so much. If you take magnesium sulfate (Epsom salts) orally it will give you diarrhea. Most other magnesium salts taken orally also have a laxative effect.
That is why, I advise people not to take pills and supplements for magnesium, because most of them are ineffective or worse.
So how do you get sufficient magnesium, when our soil, our food and our bodies are so deficient?
The answer is through your skin!
If you live near clean ocean water, a daily swim helps provide some magnesium and a wonderful range of other minerals through your skin. Your body does take up nutrients through your skin (contrary to many old-fashioned out-of-date doctors who say your skin is an impervious barrier).
Most crops grown today, contain virtually no magnesium, manganese, zinc, selenium and other essential minerals. Soils are also depleted in most other parts of the world as well.
Magnesium oil (alcohol based) contains a high concentration of magnesium chloride, plus other minerals. It is not an oil, but when you put it on your skin it looks and feels a bit oily. Magnesium oil is the best way by far that I have discovered to get sufficient magnesium.* Researchers say that over 90% of the population is magnesium deficient.
When first starting to use magnesium oil, it may feel a little itchy and even had a slight sting for up to half an hour after applying it. After a couple of weeks of daily use, that "been to the beach" feeling disappears. Start by applying it only to arms and legs, but you can also use it on face and scalp. Usually the worse your magnesium deficiency, the more uncomfortable it is when you first start using it. A few very deficient people even get a slight rash. So, when you first start to use it, just apply a little to the exposed parts of your arms and legs, and wait half an hour to see what happens. If your skin reacts, it is a sign of how deficient you are - just dilute it half with filtered or spring water. Within a few days your magnesium level will start to build up.
The best way to apply the oil is with a spray. Put a little on your hand, and rub it over your arms and legs. As your magnesium level builds up to normal, you can rub it all over your body.

Is your liver healthy? Do you need to do a liver/gallbladder flush? Many companies today, try to peddle liver and gallbladder cleanses as herbal formulas. However, it may come as a big surprise to you that a true liver or gallbladder cleanse does not require the taking a lot of herbal products. Today, we are sharing how to do a liver flush and support your liver using items you likely already have on hand in your home.
To prepare for liver flush & support liver :
Other Preparation for first modified liver flush:
Choose a day like Saturday for the cleanse, so you will be able to rest the next day if needed
Take no medicines, vitamins or pills that you can do without; they could prevent success. You can take tinctures and any whole food nutrients you are taking. You can take your nutrients like iodine, LIPO C etc. Do not eat heavy fats or foods the day before and of the cleanse.
Sometimes sleep can be a problem: Suggestions for sleep: Sleep tincture by 12foru, Detox bath before taking oil/lemon combination along with modified adrenal cocktail: 4 oz coconut water 1⁄4 teaspoon pink sea salt 1 tablespoon Lipo C. This combination will ensure a well rested sleep while the liver flush does its work..
Try to eat a diet high in alkaline-forming foods and low in fats for 1-2 days before the cleanse. NO FASTING IS NEEDED! Fruits, salads, fresh & cooked veggies, raw honey, maple syrup, rice, oatmeal, eggs, etc are all good choices.
Liver Flush Ingredients
• Epsom salts (Magnesium Sulfate): 3 tablespoons OR 12 capsules at a time. There are other options for clearing the bowel but this seems to be the most effective. For those who do not find this effective pink sea salt may be used or Aerobic oxy caps.
• Olive oil: 1/ 4 cup or 75 ml (light olive oil is easier to get down). This can also be done in capsule form. To do capsules fill a 1⁄4 cup with capsules and take them as quickly as possible generally 10-25 minutes.
• Fresh pink grapefruit, lemon or orange: : 1 large or 2 small, enough to squeeze 1⁄4 cup (125 ml) juice. (Or use 3-4 fresh lemons/limes: squeezed into 1/4 cup juice.) ORGANIC APPLE JUICE MAY ALSO BE USED
• 1 liter jar with lid. (32 oz mason jar or pitcher will work)
****NOTE CITRUS JUICE IS OPTIONAL & IS ONLY TO MAKE OLIVE OIL MORE PALATABLE
Liver Flush Instructions - How to Do a Modified Liver Flush
Choose a day like Friday or Saturday for the cleanse, since you will be able to rest the next day. Take no medicines, vitamins or pills that you can do without; they could prevent
success. . Eat a no-fat breakfast and lunch such as cooked cereal, fruit, fruit juice, bread and preserves or honey (no butter or milk). This allows the bile to build up and develop pressure in the liver. Higher pressure pushes out more stones. You may eat at night as well but as above eat light foods during the flush as able. Many have adrenal insufficiency and fasting is not an option.
Prepare your Liver Gallbladder Flush, this may be adjusted to your normal bedtime 2:00 PM. You may eat lightly with minimal to no fats.
Drink one serving (3⁄4 cup) of the Epsom salts and water drink. Or take 10 - 12 capsules epsom salts with water OR 2 aerobic oxy caps
Repeat by drinking another 3⁄4 cup (185 ml) of Epsom salts and water drink. Or take 10 -12 capsules with water OR take 2 aerobic oxy caps
Now visit the bathroom one or more time, even if it makes you late for your ten o’clock drink.
Drink the olive oil / citrus juice you have mixed. Take it all to your bedside if you want, but drink it standing up. Get it down within 5 minutes (fifteen minutes for very elderly or weak persons).
Lie down immediately.
You might fail to get stones out if you don’t. The sooner you lie down the more stones you will get out. Be ready for bed ahead of time. Don’t clean up the kitchen. As soon as the drink is down walk to your bed and lie down on your right side with your knees pulled up close to your chest. Try to think about what is happening in the liver. Try to keep perfectly still for at least 20 minutes. You may feel a train of stones traveling along the bile ducts like marbles. There is no pain because the bile duct valves are open (thank you Epsom salts!). Go to sleep, you may fail to get stones out if you don’t. Try to sleep in this position.
Upon awakening take your third dose of the Epsom salts and water drink. Or 12 capsules OR 2 aerobic oxy caps If you have indigestion or nausea wait until it is gone before drinking the Epsom salts. You may go back to bed. Don’t take the epsom before 6:00 am.
2 Hours Later
Take your fourth and last dose of the Epsom salts and water Or 12 capsule OR 2 aerobic oxy caps You may go back to bed again.
After 2 More Hours you may eat, gradually reintroducing foods, minimal fatty foods the first day.
Once the liver flush is completed it is highly recommended to do a coffee enema to increase glutathione levels & help further cleanse the liver. See files for how & why to do a coffee enema. Practice at least one before doing with the liver flush to be familiar with the process. When a coffee enema is done after the liver flushing is done clients have attained as many as 50-100 more stones.
The night AFTER your liver flush do a gum spirit cleanse (SEE GUM SPIRIT DOCUMENT IN FILES) to kill any candida and / or parasites released by the liver / gall bladder flush
**Note: You may adjust the times to suit your schedule. For instance I go to bed around midnight so I would stop eating at 4 & start the flush at 8 p.m..
***This liver flush and much of the information contained herein is based on Dr. Hulda Clarks original Liver flush. The things I changed were from my own & friends/ family experiences with the liver flush. We discovered the original released too many toxins & was more labor intensive than this one & that using a coffee enema after the flush was “complete” to release more stones; And the liver releases candida / parasites so this is why the gum spirits cleanse is recommended.
Epsom salts cause diarrhea to effectively clear the bowl o prepare for the expellation of stone and debris. They also open the bile ducts to ensure painless and safe passage of said stones and debris. They do help to soften stones as well.
What Does the Olive Oil Do?
The olive oil aid in "pushing"/expelling the stones from the liver/gallbladder (if you have one).
What Does the Liver Tincture Do?
NOTE: I have done this in 2 days. The first day I cleared the bowel eating lighter foods. The next morning upon awakening I took the oil and lemon juice. I proceeded with my day as normal.
Results: I did have a normal bowel movement and did not move stones until the next morning after taking oil. I did not do anything special or change the way I eat etc. I still got stones and lots of debris. As effective? Maybe not but it can be done more frequently and is easier to work into real life. This is not to say to not do a regular flush this is for experimentation as you become familiar with the process of the liver flush and its nuances.
**I want to thank Regina Christoff-Salem for providing the capsule option of the liver flush
***NOTE ALL OILS MAY BE REPLACED WITH OIL CAPSULES
For instance: Olive oil capsules may be taken in place of olive oil liquid. Measure by placing capsule into measuring device and take the corresponding amount of capsules equal to amount of measurement.
Why Do A Liver or Gallbladder Flush?
**Method #2 Original Common method from the 1950’s the below method is much harsher than the “modified” version of 12foru. This is intended for information only of where the liver flush originated from
The most common method for doing a liver and gallbladder cleanse as first written about by herbalist Frank Roberts in about the 1950’s.
Try to stick with light alkaline-forming foods on this day and the day before the cleanse
1 pint of purest, cold-pressed Extra Virgin olive oil or walnut oil
Eight or nine lemons. Bottled, pure juice will work, but fresh is preferred. Or organic apple juice / cider
About 45 minutes prior to starting the oil & lemon juice, lay on your right side, with a hot water bottle or hot pack placed over your liver area.
Start the procedure at about 7:00 p.m., and you must be sure not to eat anything solid after the midday meal on the chosen day, but you can have normal drinks during the interim.
Start with four tablespoons of the olive oil and immediately follow them down with one tablespoon of neat, unsweetened lemon juice. ...they CAN be mixed. You CAN use apple juice if citrus is a problem
After fifteen minutes, repeat this pair of doses in exactly the same way ... and continue at fifteen minute intervals until all of the oil has been taken, then finish off the treatment by drinking any remaining lemon juice.
It is important that all of the oil should be taken at those fixed intervals and all on the same evening.
Liver / gallstones inhibit the function of the liver, can cause a sluggish liver and toxic build up in the blood. One of the functions of the liver is to detoxify and purify blood which provides our bodies with life and nourishment. With stones present in the liver, gallbladder and bile ducts bile flow is minimized to a small trickle and digestion and elimination of fat and cholesterol is limited as well.
The presence of liver stones is the root cause of most health conditions from itchy skin, eczema, hair loss, tiredness, fatigue, poor eye sight, fatty liver, poor immune function, liver fibrosis, gas, bloating, slow digestion, liver pain, cirrhosis of the liver, constipation, diarrhea, weight gain, jaundice, excessive anger, hatred, liver attacks, liver failure to liver cancer and other major body diseases. Almost all negative health conditions are rooted from an unhealthy liver that is congested with stones and toxic debris. An unhealthy toxic liver will lead to gallbladder problems as the stones in the liver eventually get dumped into the gall bladder through the bile ducts. Stones can hide out in the bile ducts (vein/arteries) further limiting the flow of bile. This is one of many reasons it is recommended to do a liver flush at the beginning of healing not at the end of healing.
Liver stones are real and can be seen in ultra sounds and in liver surgery patients. There are many people who think the stones produced from a liver flush are fake and made up from the large volume of olive oil consumed and processed by the intestines. Until scientific proof of these stones having originated from the liver can be proven there will always be a controversy as to whether these stones are real or fake. Most people can feel the stones moving through the bile ducts and experience many benefits the next day such as clear vibrant skin, improved eye sight, mental clarity, increased energy and an over all sense of well being. There is often a sense of lightness in the liver area from the absence of space the stones once occupied.
The same green colored stones are released from water fasting, master cleanse fasts, coffee enema's, liver disease patients that can't eat, and liver percussion without the consumption of olive oil.
Inside the liver there are pockets/lobes that separate the different parts of the liver and these lobes can harbor varying ages of stones. Typically old stones are darker and calcified (hardened) from rising bilirubin levels in the blood and excess calcium deposits. Calcified stones typically sink in water and easily show up on ultra sound technology. Newer stones formed in the liver typically float in water because they are made up of a large percentage of lipids (fat&cholesterol) and do not easily show up on ultra sound. So, if you have had an ultra sound done on your liver or gallbladder and the doctor said they didn't see any signs of stones that only means that there are no calcified stones but there could be hundreds or even thousands of non-calcified stones toxifying the liver and blood.
Why do liver stones from a liver flush float in water?
Liver and gall stones melt in open air. Some people think that because liver stones and gallstones melt or dissolve in open air that they must not be real. The fact that they dissolve in open air has nothing to do with whether they are real or not. Stones found in the liver and gallbladder are not subject to open air so that theory has no bearing to the fact that they do dissolve in open air.
Calcified stones removed from liver or gallbladder surgery will also dissolve in open air. Calcified stones take longer to dissolve than newer fresh stones. The other myth that stones produced from a liver douche are not real because they float and real stones are suppose to sink is a total myth. The truth is that many of the stones that are produced from a liver flush will also sink it just depends if they are calcified or not. Only calcified hardened stones will sink in water while the more newly fresh stones float because of their high lipid (fat/cholesterol) content.
Liver and Gallbladder Flush
As much as companies are trying to peddle liver and gallbladder cleanses as herbal formulas, it may come as a big surprise to some that the liver cleanse or gallbladder cleanse does not consist of taking a lot of herbal products. An herbal product for the purpose of achieving a liver and gallbladder cleanse will seldom, if ever work on its own in actually cleaning the liver and gallbladder. To achieve this a gallbladder / liver flush must be done.

Fatty Liver Disease - What Is It?
Another common problem is fatty liver disease, which often develops from the overindulgence or long-term use of alcohol. Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease also exists, and can be brought on by certain medications, malnutrition, or other causes.
One concern with fatty liver disease is that vague symptoms (generalized fatigue, weakness, nausea, confusion, impaired judgment, and loss of appetite) can build up for years before liver damage is implicated as the cause.

Proper liver function is absolutely essential for a healthy body and improved digestion. The liver processes the blood from the digestive tract, removing toxins and other impurities before the blood cycles out to the rest of the body. The liver also produces bile, which is stored in the gallbladder (which rests under the liver) and is essential for fat digestion. The two organs are jointly responsible for a well-balanced healthy body. Any irregularity, congestion or toxic buildup in the liver can leave you with symptoms of feeling far less than your best.
Buildup of fats and toxins in the liver can be responsible for a whole host of symptoms that a liver cleanse may help. Liver problems can lead to a variety of unpleasant symptoms.
You may start to notice one or more of the symptoms below if your liver becomes toxic, fibrous, fatty, or scarred.
Symptoms of an unhealthy liver include:
•Running out of energy in the afternoon •Inability to lose weight
•Bursts of anger, mood disorders, or anxiety •Bloating and gas
•Brain Fog and lack of mental clarity
•Muscle aches and stiffness
•Bad breath or body odor
•Brown spots on your skin or age spots
•Jaundice, or skin and eyes that take on a yellow color •Dark urine
•Pale-colored stool or bloody/tar-colored stool •Constantly itchy skin
•Abdominal pain and swelling
•Poor digestion & Nausea
INGREDIENTS & BENEFITS OF LIVER TINCTURE
Chanca Piedra: The indigenous people of the amazon have used chanca piedra for centuries to promote the body’s natural elimination of liver, gallbladder and kidney stones. It also stimulates the liver to purge itself of harmful toxins and foreign particles. Chanca piedra soothes the liver, increases bile production, and reduces the formation of calcified stones in the body. The Department of Chemistry at Bose Institute in India investigated the liver protecting action of chanca piedra against acetaminophen toxicity and their results showed that a protein in chanca piedra protected liver tissues against oxidative stress, probably by increasing antioxidative defenses.Study results from the Patel Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research suggest compounds in chanca piedra may be a valuable component to a multiple herb, liver-protection formulation The high phenolic content of chanca piedra has shown antioxidant activity, which has been found to support balanced blood sugar and optimal blood pressure levels.
Greater Celandine: Celandine stimulates enzyme production from the pancreas, helps the liver eliminate foreign particles, stimulates the production of bile, helps relieve gallbladder spasms and improves a sluggish liver. Greater celandine contains chelidonic acid, which has been found to relieve discomfort and be aggressive against certain harmful organisms.
Chicory Root: Is a medicinal herb celebrated for its ability to help cleanse the liver. Ancient Roman, Persian, Arabian, and Indian physicians used chicory leaves and root to aid against a slew of liver ailments including jaundice, gallbladder and liver stones, urinary stones, constipation, indigestion, depression, and headaches. Chicory is a rich source of phenolics and the protective effects polyphenols on the cardiovascular system is widely acknowledged.
Milk Thistle Seed:Has been used for over two thousand years due to its remarkable effects on the liver and gallbladder. . Milk thistle helps with the detoxification of poisons such as alcohol, regeneration of damaged liver tissue, stimulation of bile production, and improved digestion.
Dandelion Root: This humble weed—often hacked to bits by lawn care workers—is a liver cleanser that has been celebrated throughout the ages. It stimulates bile flow from the liver, and is often used by herbalists to help fight fatty liver, cirrhosis, estrogen dominance, and even acne.
Turmeric: This yellow root—a cousin of ginger—is a powerful liver protector and even liver cell regenerator. It not only helps stimulate enzymes responsible for flushing out toxins (including known carcinogens) from the body, UCLA research has found that turmeric is capable of combating the effects of carcinogens.
Burdock Root: Stimulates bile flow while helping a weakened liver by purifying the blood and restoring damaged cells
Boldo Root: primarily used for the treatment of gallstones and gallbladder inflammation. The alkaloid boldin found in the herb has liver protective property and stimulates the production and secretion of bile. It is considered one of the best medicinal herbs for many digestive disorders, such as bloating, heartburn, and poor absorption of nutrients in the stomach and intestines. It is also used to enhance detoxification of the liver and protect against liver damage from toxins and drugs which are known to have a detrimental effect on the liver. The herb has a mild diuretic, mucosal protective, antiseptic and slightly calming effect and stimulates the excretion of uric acid; it can therefore be used for urinary tract infections(cystitis), rheumatoid arthritis and gout.
Peppermint: This herb stimulates bile flow and relaxes bile ducts, helping to break down fats. It also helps reduce bad cholesterol, which makes the liver’s job of filtering toxins easier. Peppermint also inhibits blockages in the kidney and gallbladder and calms the stomach for optimal digestion.
Ingredients: Chanca Piedra, Greater Celandine, Chicory Root, Milk Thistle Seed, Dandelion Root, Turmeric Root, Biurdock Root, Boldo Root, Peppermint infused into Distilled water & Grain Alcohol.
POSSIBLE LIVER TINCTURE USES
How healthy is your liver?
Which is better Ascorbic acid or L-Ascorbate acid?
L-Ascorbate is better than ascorbic acid as it is made from whole food sources & also includes:
Ascorbic Acid does not contain these minerals. 12foru uses only non gmo L-Ascorbate acid. Ascorbate is however still synthetically produced although better than ascorbic acid it should only be used in conjunction with whole vitamin C as the LIPO C recipe reflects.
What makes our Lipsomal Vitamin c different?
Vitamin C is also involved in hormone biosynthesis and maintaining the integrity of connective tissue, cartilage, capillaries, bones, and teeth. Vitamin C is , therefore, important in wound repair and tissue healing. Vitamin C has been shown to increase cellular resistance to many common viral infections (most probably due to its interferon-like activity) and enhance specific parameters of immune function.
NOTE: Generally, when small doses are used (1 gram or less), little to no significant effects were reported. When larger doses are given (20-200 grams/day), significant positive changes are typically reported.
Almost all conditions, acute or chronic, can have shortened courses and patients respond favorably. Vitamin C has virtually no side effects. Vitamin C has been given up to 300 grams per day, taken intravenously, without reported side effects.
This approach to determining your need for Vitamin C is of the next generation and builds upon the experience gained with “bowel tolerance” determination of Vitamin C with ascorbate needs. Our livers would be making vitamin C steadily, with increases commensurating with distress, if we had not lost that key enzyme. Thus, for best health, it is important to take Vitamin C regularly and steadily. Often gas, cramps, and diarrhea occur at rather low doses of ascorbate (below 10 grams).
If a person wants to or must stop Lipo C for any reason, it is important be taper gradually. Sudden cessation of Lipo C liposomal vitamin C does not allow the body time to accommodate to the change, and the body will continue to metabolize/excrete large amounts. You must reduce your Lipo C level by several grams/day over a sufficient period (depending on how much you were taking) to prevent this from occurring. Using the C Flush is important. Many helpful things happen at the vitamin C saturation level that will not happen otherwise.
Appropriate doses are recommended throughout life and Lipo C can effectively charge up the cellular electron pool, promoting cellular healing and metabolism, purging the body of foreign invaders, and providing a base on which to build health. Over a period of Lipo C use, the amount of vitamin C necessary to achieve bowel tolerance changes and fluctuates. During stress or illness, many times more can be taken (and is appropriate to take) than at other times.
***Dr. Cathcart also notes that low dose vitamin c had basically no effect, but high dose vitamin c, when taken at 80-90% of bowel tolerance, produced a significant and dramatic reduction of symptoms in his patients.
How do you do an ascorbate calibration liposomal C cleanse?
When possible, it is best to start (especially the first use of this protocol) on an empty stomach, first thing in the morning. Allow yourself that day to finish the “flush”. Note: most people saturate their vitamin C need within a few hours. Occasionally, the need is much greater, and it may take a number of hours to complete the initial calibration “flush”. Be sure to drink plenty of water while doing the flush.
The half-life of Vitamin C in the body is about 30 minutes. That means about a hour after you take Vitamin C, your body has used up most of it. So an important key to this protocol is to keep your body saturated with C all day. Dosing every 1-2 hours is ideal.
To determine dosing :
**Continue with these instructions at the proper time intervals until you reach a watery stool or an enema-like evacuation of liquid from the rectum. This is as if a quart or so of liquid is expressed from the rectum. CAUTION : Do not stop at loose stool. You want to energize the body to “flush out” toxins and reduce the risk that they may recirculate and induce problems. At this time, stop consuming the lipo C for the day.
HOWEVER, if your calibration dosage is more than 50 grams of vitamin C, you should consume a dosage of vitamin C of at least 10% of the total Lipo C need to induce the L-ascorbate calibration “flush” in the later afternoon or evening.
It works the opposite of what you would expect because you don’t build up a tolerance. The healthier you become, the lower your bowel tolerance for Vitamin C will go.
If you reach bowel tolerance at 10-15 grams or less per day, you’re considered to be in very good shape health wise.
Changing LIPO C Need
As you become healthier, the Lipo C (vitamin C) is used more efficiently and is better conserved in your body and less Lipo C will be needed to achieve the desired effect. As your need for vitamin C decreases, you may notice loosening of the stool indicating that your body is consuming vitamin C more efficiently and your need has decreased. That is the time to taper Lipo C intake. As you become familiar with your body’s responses, your need for and best timing of Lipo C is likely to become clear through direct experience with this protocol.
Daily Consumption of Ascorbate after Calibration (C Cleanse )
Between calibrations, consume 75% of the total Lipo C you needed to induce the flush. The usual sufficiency need for a person in a state of good health is 2-10 grams/day.
Hints for Calculating Daily Therapeutic Ascorbate Requirement
Outcome of Lipo C Flush
Many people report a subjective sense of improved well-being after the completion of a Lipo C calibration. This may be of short duration, initially, but is a promising sign for long-term improvement. As toxins are eliminated from the body and as it is energized through the action of the ascorbate, you should feel progressively better for longer periods of time.
Repeat of LIPO V Calibration
For most rapid progress, once per week is recommended. You select the frequency that meets your needs. Repair deficits increase Lipo C needs over time until a consistent dose of vitamin C is maintained. Discuss with your practitioner the right frequency for you.
Potential Problems with Lipo C Calibration Process
Be sure to consume adequate water with each ascorbate dose. The approach described above will help you in this regard. Any concern about fluid loss from the stool is thus minimized. Some people report gas or fullness while doing the Lipo c calibration “flush”, but that is almost always due to rushing the procedure. Room temperature liquid is best for absorption. Cramps may occur, though rarely.
Hints & Insights
Most people find that the flush is easy to do. Since the amount of time can vary quite a bit, it is best to do your first Lipo C calibration on a day when you can stay home for most of the day. Once you have done a vitamin C calibration/flush, you will have a better idea of how much time is needed. For most people, it takes somewhere between 3-8 tablespoons of Lipo C lippsomal vitamin C to flush. It could differ for others: 15, 20, or more than 200 grams depending on your health status and how quickly your body uses up vitamin C. Sometimes people remain bloated for the rest of the day of calibration. Occasionally, people have loose stools for a day or so after doing the Lipo c flush.
People with hemorrhoids, irritable bowel disease, or inflammatory bowel disease may find that the Lipo C activates their tissues in the healing process. Usually, people find that they feel better than they have in a very long time after the first Lipo C flush. Some report a greater sense of well-being after the second or third. The overall consensus is that as time goes on doing these calibrations helps people feel increasingly better.
When introducing higher dosages of vitamin C your cellular machinery works harder and more efficiently, so other supplementation is recommended to support Lipo C
Supporting Supplementation Recommendations:
Pink Sea Salt
B vitamins & Zinc via Bee pollen 1⁄4 teaspoon working up to 1-2 teaspoons daily
Magna Mag a hol Spray / Oral
Boron Water (as per boron document)
Individualized components always play a role
Note: ***In my current experimentation with this process I have maintained the dosing to bowel tolerance so that stools are on the looser side daily & that is working very well to help to clear not only the bowel but also the liver of congestion, toxins, candida build up, parasites, and lurking heavy metals.

3John 1:2 "Beloved I pray above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in good health even as thy soul prospereth"
Early symptoms of Vitamin C deficiency, or scurvy are malaise and lethargy. That’s basically a “general feeling of being unwell” along with tiredness and/or exhaustion.
Does this sound like you?
After a few months comes shortness of breath and bone pain. Further down the road you maybe experiencing muscle pain, skin sores, gum disease, loose teeth, wounds that do not heal, dry mouth, dry eyes, and emotional problems. In the later stages one may experience jaundice, edema, fever, convulsions, and eventually death.
The cure for scurvy was ignored for nearly 200 years after its discovery
Nutrition and natural therapies are still ignored modern medicine. In fact I’d be willing to bet that if you went to see a doctor with some of the symptoms of scurvy that I listed above, you be subjected to a barrage of expensive tests, misdiagnosed, prescribed pharmaceutical drugs, and subjected to treatments for some other disease
Here are some common whole food sources of Vitamin C
The body keeps a small reserve of Vitamin C available for use when there is increased internal demand, but when you are sick this is quickly depleted.
According toThomas Levy MD, liposomal vitamin C shows a ten-fold increase over the effect of IV vitamin C: I found that liposome encapsulated vitamin C, taken orally, was roughly 10 times more effective clinically in resolving infectious diseases than the IVC. Having given thousands of IVCs and taken hundreds myself, this was difficult to comprehend, even though the clinical observation was quite straightforward.
Have you ever taken Vitamin C when you had a cold and it didn’t help? This is probably because you didn’t take near enough.
3John 1:2 "Beloved I pray above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in good health even as thy soul prospereth"
Vitamin C supports nearly every system in your body: your adrenals, your immune system, your
cardiovascular system, and more. Perhaps the most important is that it is a neutralizer of free radicals and its intracellular delivery,
Suggested Usage / Dosing
For a cold – 2 teaspoons every 1- 2 hours the first 24 hours. 2 teaspoons 4 X a day for 2-3 days after until symptoms are gone then resume maintenance dosing.
For flu - Although it's more serious, the viral load is similar, according to research, and following the above schedule should be sufficient.
For shingles - Research has shown that this painful post-viral condition can be pretty well cured by using Lipo c Liposomal vitamin C. 1 tablespoon 4 X a day until symptoms subside.
For a hangover - Taking 5,000 mg daily in the week before a booze-up reduces stress on the liver. If you're drunk and want to look sober, a large dose of vitamin C will prevent drunken behaviour, according to a 1986 study, "Alcohol and Alcoholism
For children daily maintenance these references are helpful: Up to age 3: based upon their age (1,000 mg – 3,000 mg for 1- yr-olds; 2,000 mg – 4, 000 mg for 2-yr olds, etc., in divided doses)
••This is for maintenance not for sickness. (calibration may used for children as well)
Viruses & Bacteria replicate to full strength within 2 hours taking every 1-2 hours stops this replication
Referring to the work of Robert Cathcart, MD, we suggest the ability to tolerate daily oral vitamin C varies between 6,000 and 16, 000 mg daily, if you have ordinary (not severe) health (poor to average) status. Cathcart’s clinical experience demonstrates that almost all humans tolerate 4 grams of vitamin C daily. (See calibration instructions)
The daily allowance may not prevent or resolve disease that comes from deficiency of vitamin C. Cardiovascular disease, as an example, requires from 8,000 to 50,000 mg Vitamin C daily; cancers may require 100,000 to 200,000 mg daily.’ (Excerpt from the research of Drs Hickey & Roberts)
**Vitamin C is safe, is not a cause of "stones" (C can actually help dissolve them), and is "generally regarded as safe" (GRAS). It is recognized by the FDA to be safe and it is usually compared to the toxicity of water. Water and vitamin C are critical for human health, and generally considered non- toxic. No reports of death by vitamins are known.
A healthy person can take anywhere from 4-15 grams (4,000-15,000 mg) of Vitamin C in a 24 hour period without getting the runs, but a sick person can tolerate anywhere from 10-20 times more. Even as much as 100-200 grams orally per day.
12foru has a specially developed recipe of liposomal vitamin C which includes Calcium ascorbate, Coriander powder, Hibiscus powder, Rosehips powder, & Frankincense Powder, Non GMO citric acid for taste, distilled water & grain alcohol. Using ascorbate decreases mineral loss when using high dosing vitamin C & whole food sources like hibiscus and rosehips enhances the effects of the traditional liposomal formula.
Lipsomal Vitamin C (Lipo C) is sold in kits or premade. This form of vitamin C is a unique recipe developed by us and cannot be found via any other company.
