To prepare for liver flush & support liver :
Other Preparation for first modified liver flush:
Choose a day like Saturday for the cleanse, so you will be able to rest the next day if needed
Take no medicines, vitamins or pills that you can do without; they could prevent success. You can take tinctures and any whole food nutrients you are taking. You can take your nutrients like iodine, LIPO C etc. Do not eat heavy fats or foods the day before and of the cleanse.
Sometimes sleep can be a problem: Suggestions for sleep: Sleep tincture by 12foru, Detox bath before taking oil/lemon combination along with modified adrenal cocktail: 4 oz coconut water 1⁄4 teaspoon pink sea salt 1 tablespoon Lipo C. This combination will ensure a well rested sleep while the liver flush does its work..
Try to eat a diet high in alkaline-forming foods and low in fats for 1-2 days before the cleanse. NO FASTING IS NEEDED! Fruits, salads, fresh & cooked veggies, raw honey, maple syrup, rice, oatmeal, eggs, etc are all good choices.
Liver Flush Ingredients
• Epsom salts (Magnesium Sulfate): 3 tablespoons OR 12 capsules at a time. There are other options for clearing the bowel but this seems to be the most effective. For those who do not find this effective pink sea salt may be used or Aerobic oxy caps.
• Olive oil: 1/ 4 cup or 75 ml (light olive oil is easier to get down). This can also be done in capsule form. To do capsules fill a 1⁄4 cup with capsules and take them as quickly as possible generally 10-25 minutes.
• Fresh pink grapefruit, lemon or orange: : 1 large or 2 small, enough to squeeze 1⁄4 cup (125 ml) juice. (Or use 3-4 fresh lemons/limes: squeezed into 1/4 cup juice.) ORGANIC APPLE JUICE MAY ALSO BE USED
• 1 liter jar with lid. (32 oz mason jar or pitcher will work)
****NOTE CITRUS JUICE IS OPTIONAL & IS ONLY TO MAKE OLIVE OIL MORE PALATABLE
Liver Flush Instructions - How to Do a Modified Liver Flush
Choose a day like Friday or Saturday for the cleanse, since you will be able to rest the next day. Take no medicines, vitamins or pills that you can do without; they could prevent
success. . Eat a no-fat breakfast and lunch such as cooked cereal, fruit, fruit juice, bread and preserves or honey (no butter or milk). This allows the bile to build up and develop pressure in the liver. Higher pressure pushes out more stones. You may eat at night as well but as above eat light foods during the flush as able. Many have adrenal insufficiency and fasting is not an option.
Prepare your Liver Gallbladder Flush, this may be adjusted to your normal bedtime 2:00 PM. You may eat lightly with minimal to no fats.
Drink one serving (3⁄4 cup) of the Epsom salts and water drink. Or take 10 - 12 capsules epsom salts with water OR 2 aerobic oxy caps
Repeat by drinking another 3⁄4 cup (185 ml) of Epsom salts and water drink. Or take 10 -12 capsules with water OR take 2 aerobic oxy caps
Now visit the bathroom one or more time, even if it makes you late for your ten o’clock drink.
Drink the olive oil / citrus juice you have mixed. Take it all to your bedside if you want, but drink it standing up. Get it down within 5 minutes (fifteen minutes for very elderly or weak persons).
Lie down immediately.
You might fail to get stones out if you don’t. The sooner you lie down the more stones you will get out. Be ready for bed ahead of time. Don’t clean up the kitchen. As soon as the drink is down walk to your bed and lie down on your right side with your knees pulled up close to your chest. Try to think about what is happening in the liver. Try to keep perfectly still for at least 20 minutes. You may feel a train of stones traveling along the bile ducts like marbles. There is no pain because the bile duct valves are open (thank you Epsom salts!). Go to sleep, you may fail to get stones out if you don’t. Try to sleep in this position.
Upon awakening take your third dose of the Epsom salts and water drink. Or 12 capsules OR 2 aerobic oxy caps If you have indigestion or nausea wait until it is gone before drinking the Epsom salts. You may go back to bed. Don’t take the epsom before 6:00 am.
2 Hours Later
Take your fourth and last dose of the Epsom salts and water Or 12 capsule OR 2 aerobic oxy caps You may go back to bed again.
After 2 More Hours you may eat, gradually reintroducing foods, minimal fatty foods the first day.
Once the liver flush is completed it is highly recommended to do a coffee enema to increase glutathione levels & help further cleanse the liver. See files for how & why to do a coffee enema. Practice at least one before doing with the liver flush to be familiar with the process. When a coffee enema is done after the liver flushing is done clients have attained as many as 50-100 more stones.
The night AFTER your liver flush do a gum spirit cleanse (SEE GUM SPIRIT DOCUMENT IN FILES) to kill any candida and / or parasites released by the liver / gall bladder flush
**Note: You may adjust the times to suit your schedule. For instance I go to bed around midnight so I would stop eating at 4 & start the flush at 8 p.m..
***This liver flush and much of the information contained herein is based on Dr. Hulda Clarks original Liver flush. The things I changed were from my own & friends/ family experiences with the liver flush. We discovered the original released too many toxins & was more labor intensive than this one & that using a coffee enema after the flush was “complete” to release more stones; And the liver releases candida / parasites so this is why the gum spirits cleanse is recommended.
Epsom salts cause diarrhea to effectively clear the bowl o prepare for the expellation of stone and debris. They also open the bile ducts to ensure painless and safe passage of said stones and debris. They do help to soften stones as well.
What Does the Olive Oil Do?
The olive oil aid in "pushing"/expelling the stones from the liver/gallbladder (if you have one).
What Does the Liver Tincture Do?
NOTE: I have done this in 2 days. The first day I cleared the bowel eating lighter foods. The next morning upon awakening I took the oil and lemon juice. I proceeded with my day as normal.
Results: I did have a normal bowel movement and did not move stones until the next morning after taking oil. I did not do anything special or change the way I eat etc. I still got stones and lots of debris. As effective? Maybe not but it can be done more frequently and is easier to work into real life. This is not to say to not do a regular flush this is for experimentation as you become familiar with the process of the liver flush and its nuances.
**I want to thank Regina Christoff-Salem for providing the capsule option of the liver flush
***NOTE ALL OILS MAY BE REPLACED WITH OIL CAPSULES
For instance: Olive oil capsules may be taken in place of olive oil liquid. Measure by placing capsule into measuring device and take the corresponding amount of capsules equal to amount of measurement.
Why Do A Liver or Gallbladder Flush?
**Method #2 Original Common method from the 1950’s the below method is much harsher than the “modified” version of 12foru. This is intended for information only of where the liver flush originated from
The most common method for doing a liver and gallbladder cleanse as first written about by herbalist Frank Roberts in about the 1950’s.
Try to stick with light alkaline-forming foods on this day and the day before the cleanse
1 pint of purest, cold-pressed Extra Virgin olive oil or walnut oil
Eight or nine lemons. Bottled, pure juice will work, but fresh is preferred. Or organic apple juice / cider
About 45 minutes prior to starting the oil & lemon juice, lay on your right side, with a hot water bottle or hot pack placed over your liver area.
Start the procedure at about 7:00 p.m., and you must be sure not to eat anything solid after the midday meal on the chosen day, but you can have normal drinks during the interim.
Start with four tablespoons of the olive oil and immediately follow them down with one tablespoon of neat, unsweetened lemon juice. ...they CAN be mixed. You CAN use apple juice if citrus is a problem
After fifteen minutes, repeat this pair of doses in exactly the same way ... and continue at fifteen minute intervals until all of the oil has been taken, then finish off the treatment by drinking any remaining lemon juice.
It is important that all of the oil should be taken at those fixed intervals and all on the same evening.
Liver / gallstones inhibit the function of the liver, can cause a sluggish liver and toxic build up in the blood. One of the functions of the liver is to detoxify and purify blood which provides our bodies with life and nourishment. With stones present in the liver, gallbladder and bile ducts bile flow is minimized to a small trickle and digestion and elimination of fat and cholesterol is limited as well.
The presence of liver stones is the root cause of most health conditions from itchy skin, eczema, hair loss, tiredness, fatigue, poor eye sight, fatty liver, poor immune function, liver fibrosis, gas, bloating, slow digestion, liver pain, cirrhosis of the liver, constipation, diarrhea, weight gain, jaundice, excessive anger, hatred, liver attacks, liver failure to liver cancer and other major body diseases. Almost all negative health conditions are rooted from an unhealthy liver that is congested with stones and toxic debris. An unhealthy toxic liver will lead to gallbladder problems as the stones in the liver eventually get dumped into the gall bladder through the bile ducts. Stones can hide out in the bile ducts (vein/arteries) further limiting the flow of bile. This is one of many reasons it is recommended to do a liver flush at the beginning of healing not at the end of healing.
Liver stones are real and can be seen in ultra sounds and in liver surgery patients. There are many people who think the stones produced from a liver flush are fake and made up from the large volume of olive oil consumed and processed by the intestines. Until scientific proof of these stones having originated from the liver can be proven there will always be a controversy as to whether these stones are real or fake. Most people can feel the stones moving through the bile ducts and experience many benefits the next day such as clear vibrant skin, improved eye sight, mental clarity, increased energy and an over all sense of well being. There is often a sense of lightness in the liver area from the absence of space the stones once occupied.
The same green colored stones are released from water fasting, master cleanse fasts, coffee enema's, liver disease patients that can't eat, and liver percussion without the consumption of olive oil.
Inside the liver there are pockets/lobes that separate the different parts of the liver and these lobes can harbor varying ages of stones. Typically old stones are darker and calcified (hardened) from rising bilirubin levels in the blood and excess calcium deposits. Calcified stones typically sink in water and easily show up on ultra sound technology. Newer stones formed in the liver typically float in water because they are made up of a large percentage of lipids (fat&cholesterol) and do not easily show up on ultra sound. So, if you have had an ultra sound done on your liver or gallbladder and the doctor said they didn't see any signs of stones that only means that there are no calcified stones but there could be hundreds or even thousands of non-calcified stones toxifying the liver and blood.
Why do liver stones from a liver flush float in water?
Liver and gall stones melt in open air. Some people think that because liver stones and gallstones melt or dissolve in open air that they must not be real. The fact that they dissolve in open air has nothing to do with whether they are real or not. Stones found in the liver and gallbladder are not subject to open air so that theory has no bearing to the fact that they do dissolve in open air.
Calcified stones removed from liver or gallbladder surgery will also dissolve in open air. Calcified stones take longer to dissolve than newer fresh stones. The other myth that stones produced from a liver douche are not real because they float and real stones are suppose to sink is a total myth. The truth is that many of the stones that are produced from a liver flush will also sink it just depends if they are calcified or not. Only calcified hardened stones will sink in water while the more newly fresh stones float because of their high lipid (fat/cholesterol) content.
Liver and Gallbladder Flush
As much as companies are trying to peddle liver and gallbladder cleanses as herbal formulas, it may come as a big surprise to some that the liver cleanse or gallbladder cleanse does not consist of taking a lot of herbal products. An herbal product for the purpose of achieving a liver and gallbladder cleanse will seldom, if ever work on its own in actually cleaning the liver and gallbladder. To achieve this a gallbladder / liver flush must be done.

Fatty Liver Disease - What Is It?
Another common problem is fatty liver disease, which often develops from the overindulgence or long-term use of alcohol. Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease also exists, and can be brought on by certain medications, malnutrition, or other causes.
One concern with fatty liver disease is that vague symptoms (generalized fatigue, weakness, nausea, confusion, impaired judgment, and loss of appetite) can build up for years before liver damage is implicated as the cause.

Proper liver function is absolutely essential for a healthy body and improved digestion. The liver processes the blood from the digestive tract, removing toxins and other impurities before the blood cycles out to the rest of the body. The liver also produces bile, which is stored in the gallbladder (which rests under the liver) and is essential for fat digestion. The two organs are jointly responsible for a well-balanced healthy body. Any irregularity, congestion or toxic buildup in the liver can leave you with symptoms of feeling far less than your best.
Buildup of fats and toxins in the liver can be responsible for a whole host of symptoms that a liver cleanse may help. Liver problems can lead to a variety of unpleasant symptoms.
You may start to notice one or more of the symptoms below if your liver becomes toxic, fibrous, fatty, or scarred.
Symptoms of an unhealthy liver include:
•Running out of energy in the afternoon •Inability to lose weight
•Bursts of anger, mood disorders, or anxiety •Bloating and gas
•Brain Fog and lack of mental clarity
•Muscle aches and stiffness

•Jaundice, or skin and eyes that take on a yellow color •Dark urine
•Pale-colored stool or bloody/tar-colored stool •Constantly itchy skin
•Abdominal pain and swelling
•Poor digestion & Nausea
INGREDIENTS & BENEFITS OF LIVER TINCTURE
Chanca Piedra: The indigenous people of the amazon have used chanca piedra for centuries to promote the body’s natural elimination of liver, gallbladder and kidney stones. It also stimulates the liver to purge itself of harmful toxins and foreign particles. Chanca piedra soothes the liver, increases bile production, and reduces the formation of calcified stones in the body. The Department of Chemistry at Bose Institute in India investigated the liver protecting action of chanca piedra against acetaminophen toxicity and their results showed that a protein in chanca piedra protected liver tissues against oxidative stress, probably by increasing antioxidative defenses.Study results from the Patel Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research suggest compounds in chanca piedra may be a valuable component to a multiple herb, liver-protection formulation The high phenolic content of chanca piedra has shown antioxidant activity, which has been found to support balanced blood sugar and optimal blood pressure levels.
Greater Celandine: Celandine stimulates enzyme production from the pancreas, helps the liver eliminate foreign particles, stimulates the production of bile, helps relieve gallbladder spasms and improves a sluggish liver. Greater celandine contains chelidonic acid, which has been found to relieve discomfort and be aggressive against certain harmful organisms.
Chicory Root: Is a medicinal herb celebrated for its ability to help cleanse the liver. Ancient Roman, Persian, Arabian, and Indian physicians used chicory leaves and root to aid against a slew of liver ailments including jaundice, gallbladder and liver stones, urinary stones, constipation, indigestion, depression, and headaches. Chicory is a rich source of phenolics and the protective effects polyphenols on the cardiovascular system is widely acknowledged.
Milk Thistle Seed:Has been used for over two thousand years due to its remarkable effects on the liver and gallbladder. . Milk thistle helps with the detoxification of poisons such as alcohol, regeneration of damaged liver tissue, stimulation of bile production, and improved digestion.
Dandelion Root: This humble weed—often hacked to bits by lawn care workers—is a liver cleanser that has been celebrated throughout the ages. It stimulates bile flow from the liver, and is often used by herbalists to help fight fatty liver, cirrhosis, estrogen dominance, and even acne.
Turmeric: This yellow root—a cousin of ginger—is a powerful liver protector and even liver cell regenerator. It not only helps stimulate enzymes responsible for flushing out toxins (including known carcinogens) from the body, UCLA research has found that turmeric is capable of combating the effects of carcinogens.
Burdock Root: Stimulates bile flow while helping a weakened liver by purifying the blood and restoring damaged cells
Boldo Root: primarily used for the treatment of gallstones and gallbladder inflammation. The alkaloid boldin found in the herb has liver protective property and stimulates the production and secretion of bile. It is considered one of the best medicinal herbs for many digestive disorders, such as bloating, heartburn, and poor absorption of nutrients in the stomach and intestines. It is also used to enhance detoxification of the liver and protect against liver damage from toxins and drugs which are known to have a detrimental effect on the liver. The herb has a mild diuretic, mucosal protective, antiseptic and slightly calming effect and stimulates the excretion of uric acid; it can therefore be used for urinary tract infections(cystitis), rheumatoid arthritis and gout.
Peppermint: This herb stimulates bile flow and relaxes bile ducts, helping to break down fats. It also helps reduce bad cholesterol, which makes the liver’s job of filtering toxins easier. Peppermint also inhibits blockages in the kidney and gallbladder and calms the stomach for optimal digestion.
